• Act as SME for the country and payroll operations
• Manage stakeholders in Payroll, Finance, Product and Engineers
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house or via a provider
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Handle payroll journals, reconciliations and KPIs
• Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end payroll processing experience (in-house or via provider)
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient with Excel and Google Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thrive in fast-paced, international, async environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
