📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for the country.
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings and payments.
• Ensure data integrity and quality of payroll data.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists across the team.
• Implement and improve payroll processes and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, international, largely asynchronous environment.
• Fluent English.
