  • Manage payroll cycles across international entities via Cloudpay and ADP.
  • Own day-to-day payroll admin: data validation, calculations, reporting.
  • Prepare payroll inputs: hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, equity.
  • Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies before approval.
  • Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, equity, benefits, deductions.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processing and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • A professional payroll qualification.
  • Proven payroll specialist experience in your local region.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, tax laws, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Cloudpay, Workday) and MS Office (Word, Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
