End-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries using ADP Celergo.
Ensure Workday inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses) are accurate before cut-off.
Review, validate, and reconcile payroll outputs before final payment.
Maintain payroll calendars and SLAs; resolve inquiries via ticketing.
Act as payroll SME for Workday–ADP integrations and data validation.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to meet deadlines and support year-end activities.

🎯 Requirements

Multi-country EMEA payroll experience (in-house or outsourced).
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation across EMEA.
Hands-on Workday and ADP experience.
Detail-oriented; manage high volumes and deadlines.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Desirable: payroll audits/SOX; CIPP or equivalent.
