Payroll Specialist Contractor

📋 Description

• Process payroll for US and Canadian employees
• Manage payroll tax notices (state/local/prov)
• Maintain payroll records in the payroll system
• Balance payroll accounts
• Assist Finance with monthly billing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years payroll processing experience; global a plus
• Experience handling payroll tax notices
• Produce payroll reporting
• Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge a plus
• Come into Ramsey, NJ office 2 days/week
• Approx. 20 hrs/week
