- Process Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant calculations, filings, and reports.
- Update and maintain payroll records and employee data in Remote platform and payroll software systems.
- Manage the Zendesk ticket queue, providing timely and professional responses.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers (GP) and internal/external stakeholders regarding payroll questions and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and keep up to date with internal payroll projects and updates.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- 5+ years of payroll experience for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
- In-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management.
- Customer-facing experience; fluent English.
