  • Process Global Payroll and EOR payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Update payroll records in Remote platform and payroll software.
  • Manage Zendesk ticket queue with timely responses.
  • Act as main contact for customers and stakeholders on payroll questions.
  • Build relationships with payroll vendors for quality service.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes and stay updated on internal payroll projects.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • 5+ years of experience with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
  • Experience with in-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management.
  • Customer-facing experience, solving problems and guiding clients through payroll processes.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking).
