- Continuously improve payroll processes and stay updated on internal payroll projects.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- 5+ years of experience with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
- Experience with in-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management.
- Customer-facing experience, solving problems and guiding clients through payroll processes.
- Fluent English (writing and speaking).
