🎯 Requirements

- Solid experience with 1C:ZUP (core tool)
- Experience with modern HRIS/HRM systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strict confidentiality with sensitive financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail with large numerical data
