📋 Description

  • Perform monthly calculations for base incomes, KPIs, and complex bonuses
  • Manage full cycle of income processing in 1C:ZUP
  • Extract and synchronize hours, vacations, sick leaves, and overtime data in HR systems
  • Calculate final pay on termination, vacation pay, and sick leave
  • Prepare final Calculation Reports for Treasury/Finance approval
  • Primary contact for specialists on income, bonuses, or deductions

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Payroll Specialist / Accountant (IT/iGaming preferred)
  • Solid experience with 1C:ZUP (core tool)
  • Experience with modern HRIS/HRM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strict confidentiality with sensitive financial data
  • Exceptional attention to detail with large numerical data
