  • 2+ years of payroll experience with exposure to multiple EMEA countries.
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ADP payroll software (Must); Workday experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong English communication skills.
