- Process payroll for multiple countries in EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to process payroll updates (new hires, terminations, salary changes) accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and support audits as needed.
- Contribute to global payroll projects, including automation and policy updates.
- Work in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of payroll experience with exposure to multiple EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ADP payroll software (Must); Workday experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong English communication skills.
