Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Audit payroll data for wages, garnishments, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Provide prompt payroll support to employees with pay questions.
Manage year-end activities for EMEA with filings, remittances, and returns.
Participate in system upgrades, workflow improvements, and payroll enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

Strong multi-country payroll knowledge and tax rules.
Experience with payroll systems; ADP and SuccessFactors are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience in a multinational company.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving.
Ability to work remotely, independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to drive process improvements and implement changes.
