Support semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles for domestic and international staff.
Coordinate international payroll operations using Papaya Global.
Perform payroll data management within the payroll system.
Conduct pre-payroll audits and reconciliations for accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries and deductions.
Maintain awareness of payroll regulations and compliance with external providers.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years payroll experience; Papaya Global or similar aggregators preferred.
1+ year Workday Payroll experience; Workday EIBs a plus.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to reconcile data.
Ability to move between US and Global payroll engines in a fast-paced environment.
