Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India and coordinate with the payroll vendor.
• Interface with payroll vendor to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.
• Arrange payroll disbursement, including settlements.
• Prepare and cross-verify employees' salary breakups.
• Ensure 100% error-free deliverables by checking input vs. output.
• Handle full and final settlements for exit employees.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience handling payroll for India.
• Strong payroll industry expertise.
• Knowledge of labor laws across relevant jurisdictions.
• Ability to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel.
• Bachelor's Degree.
