Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• End to end payroll processing (bi-monthly and monthly) in a small team.
• Analyze and document country payroll control frameworks.
• Manage relationships with Finance, HR, and the payroll provider for end-to-end excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and audits for monthly payrolls.
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP and other formulas).
