Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• End-to-end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
• Manage payroll for 29+ markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and payroll provider for end-to-end excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies.
• Perform reconciliations and month-end close tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with local payroll regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to own payroll processes end-to-end.
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas.
