Handle payroll for 1300+ employees across multiple locations
Validate payroll inputs: attendance, leave, OT, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions
Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, IT/TDS)
Prepare, review, and submit statutory filings, challans, and returns on time
Manage income tax declarations, proofs, tax calculations, and Form 16 issuance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of relevant experience
