📋 Description

  • Lead onboarding for the benefits module to fit client needs
  • Answer questions and fix issues in the benefits module
  • Join video calls with customers to demonstrate or troubleshoot
  • Oversee configuration of client retirement plans and provide support
  • Maintain 401(k) payroll integration by handling elections and data
  • Support entry-level Banking and Payment functions as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of experience in an operations or customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills; convey technical language clearly via email or video
  • Strong diagnostic skills with a desire to learn how things work
  • Customer-focused with the ability to see things from the customer’s perspective
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization and time management skills
