Payroll Operations Manager | Mexico

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a payroll team to ensure timely, accurate processing
• Collaborate with HR/Finance to ensure data accuracy for payroll
• Develop payroll policies and controls to ensure compliance
• Monitor payroll data, identify trends, and drive improvements
• Deliver payroll training and communications across the org
• Act as a payroll subject matter expert and provide guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• English is MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of payroll management and global payroll operations
• 2+ years managing a payroll team
• In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance, tax laws, and multi-country regulations
• Experience with payroll software (ADP, Workday, or similar)
