Payroll Operations Manager, Americas

📋 Description

• Lead payroll team delivering native and EoR across countries/timezones.
• Coach and drive adoption of automated payroll tooling to scale delivery and KPIs.
• Deliver payroll experience; resolve queries per SLAs.
• Collaborate with Payroll Transformation and Product to improve automation.
• Oversee native payroll in Canada; EoR in US; Brazil and Mexico; US PEO.
• Lead payroll escalations across countries and ensure data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years payroll experience; 3+ years people management.
• Oversee end-to-end payrolls across Americas (Canada, US, LATAM).
• Taxation and compliance incl. benefits, income, NI, pension auto-enrolment.
• Work with local payroll engines across Americas/LATAM.
• Finance transformation, RPA, and process improvement experience.
• Manage payroll for 1,000+ employees and lead payroll implementations.
