Payroll Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a payroll team, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Act as subject matter expert for payroll regulations and process inquiries
• Establish and enforce operational procedures and internal controls
• Monitor payroll data and improve performance cross-functionally with product/engineering
• Monitor KPIs and lead payroll initiatives to improve performance
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of the scaling payroll team

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years payroll operations experience, including leadership
• Knowledge of local and multi-country payroll regulations
• Experience driving process improvements with payroll systems
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
