📋 Description

• Own Central America payroll end-to-end
• Handle data collection, validation, calculations
• Ensure statutory filings and tax obligations
• Manage payroll accounting and reconciliations
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Support teams
• Drive process improvements and automation

🎯 Requirements

• LATAM payroll experience with Central America
• End-to-end payroll management independently
• Compliance, filings and local labor regs
• Payroll systems familiarity; automation a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• In-house payroll operations; cross-functional collaboration
