- Partner with People & Culture, Finance and units to design audit-ready controls.
- Lead payroll system readiness and go-live with Greenhouse–ADP integration.
- Establish standardized intake, KPIs, and workload visibility via service desk.
- Maintain payroll SOPs, playbooks, and training materials.
- Drive cross-functional process improvements and risk reduction.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in payroll operations or HRIS-adjacent roles with payroll impact
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar payroll platform
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional process improvement from problem to implementation
- Strong understanding of payroll controls, audit requirements, and data sensitivity
- Comfortable learning system configuration concepts
- Strong analytical skills with metrics to improve operational performance
