- 10+ years payroll experience, incl. 3+ years in lead/manager
- Hands-on Canada and US payroll processing
- Global payroll experience (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
- Experience administering NA and international benefits
- Degree in HR/Business/Accounting; payroll certification (PCP/CPM/CPP)
- Strong communication and English proficiency; advanced Excel
