Payroll Manager LATAM

📋 Description

• End-to-end global payroll processing across NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC
• Hands-on payroll execution, not just oversight
• Administer NA and international benefits programs
• Manage payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, reconciliations
• Support global year-end payroll activities, tax filings, reporting
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
• Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
• 10+ years payroll experience; 3+ years in a Payroll Lead/Manager role
• Hands-on Canada and US payroll processing experience
• Experience with global payroll (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) preferred
• Proficiency in English; additional languages asset
