• Lead end-to-end India payroll operations in outsourced model.

• Ensure timely, accurate, compliant payroll processing.
\n
• Oversee outsourced providers and SLAs; vendor governance.
\n
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Biz Systems for payroll delivery and reporting.
\n
• Drive process optimization, internal controls, and payroll accuracy.
\n
• Support regional/global payroll initiatives and system enhancements.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years payroll experience in India (corporate/multinational).
\n
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax, PF, gratuity.
\n
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and SLAs.
\n
• Payroll accounting and payroll-to-GL reconciliation.
\n
• Year-end payroll processes and Form 16 experience.
\n
• Familiarity with Workday HCM; payroll experience preferred.
\n
