Payroll balance sheet reconciliations; salaries payable, social security, accruals.
Payroll accounting & PTO accruals; PTO reporting; ensure compliance.
Review payroll journals; reconcile to GL.
Equity/Stock compensation management; RSUs/ESPP; tax reporting; liaise with BDO/Tax.
Compliance, internal controls & SOX; payroll filings; France VAT filings.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in end-to-end payroll management across countries.
Experience scaling payroll systems and processes.
Ability to collaborate with Finance, HR and leadership.
Strong communication, stakeholder mgmt, and mentoring.
English required; French or other languages preferred.
Clear reporting, policy docs, and audit communication.
