Manage full-cycle U.S. multi-state payroll for 600+ employees (bi-weekly/semi-monthly)
Support month-end close for payroll items including entries, reconciliations, accruals
Partner with HR/Finance to provide onboarding and payroll experience
Monitor payroll inbox daily; answer employee payroll questions
Manage tax and benefits compliance and reporting (federal/state/local)
Implement, maintain, and review payroll systems for timely processing

🎯 Requirements

6+ years multi-state payroll experience with related accounting
Advanced Excel skills required
ADP experience required
Strong communication; interact with employees at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPP certification preferred; CA payroll experience preferred
