📋 Description

• Provide high-volume payroll processing for North America.
• Input manual changes within agreed timescales ensuring compliance.
• Prepare P60s, P11Ds and year-end submissions.
• Lead payroll audits with internal and external auditors.
• Deliver payroll and benefits reports with HR to Finance.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading payroll teams focusing on ADP Celargo
• Build and manage collaborative payroll teams across units
• Adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent people skills; influence at all levels
• Respond to payroll audits with internal/external auditors
• Stay current on payroll laws and taxation; adjust processes
