🎯 Requirements

  • 12 years payroll experience incl federal/state/local taxes and filings

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll administration processes and their impact on accounting
  • Detail-oriented, organized; able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: diplomacy, negotiation, problem solving
  • Ability to develop analytical skills and interpret business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, HR, or related field
