- 12 years payroll experience incl federal/state/local taxes and filings
- 3+ years supervision/lead experience
- In-depth knowledge of payroll administration processes and their impact on accounting
- Detail-oriented, organized; able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: diplomacy, negotiation, problem solving
- Ability to develop analytical skills and interpret business needs
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, HR, or related field
