📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for multi-state US and international payroll (Canada, UK, Germany).
• Liaise with external payroll vendors; manage service delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Lead payroll audits; resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Manage payroll calendars, cutoffs, and deadlines across time zones.
• Serve as the employee payroll contact with confidentiality and professionalism.

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience (multi-country).
• Deep ADP Workforce Now expertise.
• Global payroll experience (US, Canada, UK, Germany).
• Strong payroll compliance and tax knowledge.
• Vendor management and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear, customer-focused communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops.
