📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for U.S. multi-state and international regions.
• Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Partner with local providers to process international payrolls.
• Coordinate year-end processes, HRIS setup, and tax reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Develop and document payroll policies and controls.
