Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end global payroll across US and international regions.
• Build scalable payroll systems and workflows with Finance, People Ops, and Legal.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regs, tax filings, audits.
• Advise employees and leaders on payroll, taxes, and equity; manage vendors.
• Analyze payroll data to forecast costs and support global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll experience in high-growth global tech companies.
• Strong US multi-state payroll; international payroll (EMEA/APAC preferred).
• Expertise in payroll compliance, tax regs, and year-end filings (W-2s, 1099s, etc.).
• Experience with ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Workday, Deel, or similar.
• Excellent analytical skills, high accuracy, and strong documentation habits.
• Clear communicator; ability to partner with executives, Finance, Legal, and employees.
