📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll across multiple states with accuracy.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and Accounting for smooth payroll.
• Build scalable payroll processes for a fast-growing workforce.
• Maintain payroll data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support engineers, technicians, and corporate teams.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage compliance
• California meal/rest break compliance experience: waivers, timekeeping, penalties
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
