📋 Description

• Own Slovakia Country Pod; ensure payroll on time, accurate, compliant.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws, taxes and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country regulations, including GDPR.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and HR systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Slovakia payroll leadership and country pod ownership.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of GDPR and local regulations.
• English and Slovak language proficiency.
• Experience with Helios payroll software.
