Payroll Lead - Slovakia

📋 Description

• Own the Slovakia Country Pod; ensure on-time, compliant payroll; mentor team.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Serve as point of contact for payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on international payroll laws, taxes and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country regulations, GDPR.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Regional/global payroll experience, esp Slovakia.
• Experience implementing multi-country payroll; manage third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Helios; Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to work asynchronously.
• English and Slovak working proficiency.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
