📋 Description

• Own Slovakia payroll pod; ensure on-time, accurate payroll per laws.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Liaise between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, taxes and benefits.
• Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance across processes.
• Develop KPIs and SLA metrics; improve payroll practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven payroll expert; knowledge of taxes, balancing, and internal controls.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries; manage third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Experience with Helios payroll software.
• English and Slovak language proficiency.
• Knowledge of international payroll laws and GDPR.
