📋 Description

• Own the Slovakia payroll pod, ensuring on-time, accurate payroll per regulations.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Serve as the main point of contact with internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, regulations, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies and GDPR.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers; develop KPIs and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Payroll Expert with knowledge of payroll functions, taxes, and controls.
• Proficient in SAP; Excel/Google Sheets; Helios experience.
• Familiar with GDPR and international payroll regulations.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Slovak.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries with third-party providers.
• Able to work asynchronously in a fast-paced, international environment.
