📋 Description

• Lead the Slovakia payroll pod; ensure on-time, compliant payroll.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Liaise with internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Develop and implement payroll KPIs and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Payroll Expert with multi-country experience
• Proficient in SAP, Helios, and Excel
• Fluent in English and Slovak
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance and payroll controls
• Able to work asynchronously in a global team
• Experience managing payroll providers and vendors
