📋 Description

• Own Slovakia Payroll Country Pod; payroll on time, accurate, compliant; mentor team.
• Serve as point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws/regulations/tax and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers.
• Develop and implement KPIs and SLA metrics for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations, Slovakia.
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries with third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
