📋 Description

• Own the Country Pod; ensure payroll is on time, accurate, compliant; mentor team.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Stay updated on international payroll laws, regulations, taxes and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific policies and regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, accounting, and service vendors.
• Plan and implement system changes; review statutory updates; support payroll system testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in regional/global payroll operations (Singapore).
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and with payroll providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and async-friendly work style.
