Payroll Lead - Singapore (Senior Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Own the Singapore Payroll Country Pod; ensure timely, accurate payroll.
• Serve as main contact for country payroll matters with internal/external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws, regulations, taxes and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific rules, policies and GDPR.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and other service partners.
• Develop KPIs, SLA metrics, and best practices for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations with Singapore focus.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and internal controls.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and with payroll providers.
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving in international settings.
