• The Singapore Payroll Country Lead owns the Country Pod, ensuring timely and accurate payroll.
• Serve as a point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws, regulations, tax and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations and procedures.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting and payroll service providers.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs and SLA metrics for the team.

• Experienced in regional/global payroll operations, Singapore.
• Manage risk and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries; manage vendors.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving.
