📋 Description

• Own Singapore payroll pod; ensure on-time, accurate, compliant payroll.
• Act as primary liaison with internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, tax, and benefits.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and external vendors.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and governance for the payroll team.
• Plan, implement, and test payroll system changes and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll ops, specifically Singapore.
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries with third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
