📋 Description

• Own the Malaysia Payroll Country Pod; ensure payroll on time, accurate, compliant.
• Serve as primary contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws, taxes, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific rules.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and providers.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Regional/global payroll ops experience, specifically Malaysia.
• Ability to manage risk and protect confidentiality.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience in multi-country payroll; manage third-party providers.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Payroll expert with knowledge of prep, balancing, control, and taxes.
