Develop best practices, KPIs and SLA metrics for the team.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in regional/global payroll operations, Malaysia.
Ability to manage risk and protect confidential information.
Understanding of global payroll best practices.
Experience in multi-country payroll and working with third-party providers.
Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
Analytical with strong problem-solving in a fast-paced, international setting.
