Stay up to date with international payroll laws, regulations, and taxes.
Ensure compliance with corporate and country regulations.
Manage relationships with payroll, accounting & providers.
Develop KPIs and SLA metrics for the team.

🎯 Requirements

Experienced in regional/global payroll operations specifically Malaysia.
Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
Understanding of global payroll best practices.
Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries with third-party providers.
Proficient with SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
Proven payroll expert with knowledge of prep, balancing, taxes.
