Payroll Lead - Malaysia

📋 Description

• Own the Malaysia Payroll Country Pod; ensure payroll on time, accurate, and compliant.
• Serve as main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws, tax and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country regulations and policies.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and accounting teams.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in regional/global payroll ops, especially Malaysia.
• Able to manage risk and protect confidential information.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and with third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven Payroll Expert with knowledge of preparation, balancing, internal control, and taxes.
