• Lead the Malaysia payroll pod, ensuring timely, accurate processing and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, regs, taxes and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations and policies.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, accounting teams, and vendors.
• Develop and implement KPIs, SLAs, and payroll best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in regional/global payroll operations specifically Malaysia.
• Risk management and discretion handling confidential payroll matters.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven experience as Payroll Expert with knowledge of payroll prep, balancing, internal control and taxes.
