• Own the Malaysia Country Pod and timely payroll processing.
• Mentor the payroll team and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Experienced in regional/global payroll operations in Malaysia.
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential data.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing relationships with payroll providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving.
