Document decisions and create SOPs for BAU
Develop project plans and timelines; coordinate multiple teams
Mentor Payroll Generalists and drive KPI/SLA focus

🎯 Requirements

Extensive client payroll experience
Expert knowledge of Denmark payroll law and Nordic regulations
Payroll implementation experience
Strong communication with customers and stakeholders
Deep knowledge of SAP, Excel, Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with problem-solving; able to work asynchronously
