• Act as expert for Nordics, focusing on Denmark.
• Attend Sales calls as Country Payroll Lead.
• Lead planning and delivery of global payroll implementations.
• Manage inception to parallel runs and live payroll.
• Document decisions and provide SOPs for Payroll Operations.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and align with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in client payroll environments.
• Nordic legislation knowledge with focus on Denmark.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Experience with Intega payroll software in Denmark.
• SAP, Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Fluent English and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
